The manufacturer's recommended recipe:
Ingredients: 230gr unsalted butter, 175gr granulated sugar, 1 room temperature egg, 1.5-3 tsp flavoring, 1tsp salt, 425gr flour + 100gr for sprinkling
Do not use yeast, baking powder, lemon !!!!!
Preparation: Butter with sugar stir until foamy, add the egg, mix, add the flour, salt, and liquid slowly and mix well. Roll out the dough to the desired thickness, flour it very richly, then roll the patterned rolling pin over it, exerting sufficient pressure on it.
Let's cut it out bake the biscuits with the desired cutters, then in a preheated oven at 200C for 7-8 minutes. The top of the biscuit should be dry rather than shiny.
