The manufacturer's recommended biscuit recipe:
Ingredients: 230g unsalted butter, 175g granulated sugar, 1 room temperature egg, 1.5-3 tsp flavoring, 1 tsp salt , 425gr flour + 100gr for sprinkling
Do not use yeast, baking powder, lemon !!!!!
Preparation: Mix the butter with the sugar until foamy, add the egg, mix and serve add the flour, salt and liquid slowly and mix well. Roll out the dough to the desired thickness, flour it very richly, then roll the patterned rolling pin over it, exerting sufficient pressure on it.
Prick out the biscuits with the desired cutters, then preheat to 200C < Bake in a preheated oven for 7-8 minutes. The top of the biscuit should be dry rather than shiny.
